Semilla was created in late 2017, as a seed of inspiration. Chef Armando has crafted a fusion menu with inspirations from around the world served with high quality food and locally grown ingredients.

Semilla Group was sowed in the midst of the devastation Hurricane María left in the island. This group of entrepreneurs bet on the future of the county and decided to sow a local gastronomic experience that would serve as inspiration for other entrepreneurs and Puerto Ricans.
